Program description

Herb + Ōhm Access LLC ("Herb + Ōhm Access") operates an SMS messaging program with two categories of messages:

• Transactional messages — appointment reminders, account alerts, order and shipment updates, and program notifications related to your care.
• Marketing messages — offers, member savings, and wellness education, sent only with your separate express consent.

Consent

You opt in by checking the transactional and/or marketing SMS consent boxes on our intake forms. Each category requires its own consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and SMS consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. You must be 18 or older to participate.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency may vary, approximately 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out & help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@herbandohm.com.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
